All three karaoke machines use the newest motherboard. They have the same functions (free cloud download, YouTube app, change key, etc.). V5 Max is a all-in-one unit with 18.5” touchscreen. KV-V5 Max and KV-V3 Max are two-unit systems with a 21.5” touchscreen. Both are the same except for the dimensions.
For the models KV-V3 Max and KV-V5 Max, we have three options to choose from. The floor stand is about 82 cm tall, the table stand is about 37 cm tall and wall mount. All other models come with a set stand type.
The songs are preinstalled in the hard disk. You do not need to download any songs yourself. You can play songs without Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is used for updating the hard disk with new songs during automatic updates that occur every time you turn on the karaoke machine.
4T contains around 90K songs, 6T around 120K songs, 8T around 160K songs. You cannot add your own hard disk to upgrade the storage size.
The karaoke machine can support 12 different languages (Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Filipino, English, Japanese, Korean, French, Vietnamese, Russian, Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai).

Yes, it will be free to download new songs for the first year through the automatic cloud updates. New songs are available every two weeks. After the first year, you will have to pay for VIP subscription.

All VIP Subscriptions are not transferable and non-refundable. However, we value our Lifetime VIP Subscription customers and want to make things right. If your machine is broken, we’ll honor your subscription by providing a credit toward a new product purchase, proportional to when your original product stopped working within 3 years. Please note, the original VIP Subscription will be disconnected.
Yes, you can still use your karaoke machine with the existing songs without any issue. However, high-speed new song downloads will not be available. Please note that all new karaoke machines come with a free one year overseas VIP subscription.
