Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for all orders to the USA and to Canada. All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.
Delivery usually takes 1 week, but delays may occur during holidays or when demand for a certain product is high. Expediated shipping is also available which take 3-5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time period, please contact our support team at sales@inandonusa.com or message us on WeChat or LINE at inandonusa.
You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within 3 days of your purchase. After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to our warehouse where we will ship your items within 2-3 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we are confident that you will enjoy our products, we provide a 1 year warranty where you can purchase an item at no risk. If our product breaks down due to hardware defects within a year of your delivery date, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
We also guarantee a full refund on all defective products within 14 days of your delivery date. Just pay the return shipping for the item, and once we receive the product in the original packaging, we will issue a refund. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 3-5 business days to show up.
